I’m a big fan of Sir Author Wellesley, the Duke of Wellington who directed the forces that beat Napoleon. I’ve mentioned that by reading these posts readers might find places that they would like to visit or would like to avoid. This house and it’s massive collection of art & memorabilia is very much worth seeing but if you want to share the experience, you can’t since they don’t allow photos.
