Glad I went to Windsor Castle yesterday as today is a wee bit on the damp side. Luckily, it never rains in a museum (Pollock House in Glasgow excepting. It turned out the tarps were not art, the building leaked.)
I was somewhat disappointed with Oxford. That was undoubtedly due to the combination of dull day and having the bar raised too high after a sunny June visit to Cambridge. But I came to see a museum or two and a university city doesn’t skimp on that.
