Homeless Jesus is located by Nelson Mandela Place, which BTB is a classic example of Glaswegian wit. The name had been changed after Mandela was given the “Freedom of the City”. Now the apartheid South African Consulate had to change their return addresses putting the freedom fighter s name on all mail which did not make them happy. But Glasgow & Nelson loved it!
