The Apple Tree is the local in my hotel. A good conversation with Mike & his bartender daughter and then I decided to visit a whisky bar Mike recommended, The Hideout were I was told to try a “Cherrysmasher” a combo of Ardberg Scotch, Chartreuse & gin.
