From the train. The cliff is covered with a steel netting to protect the tracks & roads from falling rocks. This is a frequent occurrence all about Scotland. In fact near Plockton there is a tunnel to protect traffic. I wasn’t able to get a photo so if anyone can can supply me with one, I’ll add it to a post. I’ve been told that pilots have flown over that stretch of road are so appalled by the conditions that they refuse to drive on the road below.
